Application Deadlines for
2012-2013 Funding
Applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, December 16, 2011.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have as early as possible so that Program Officers have the time to adequately answer questions and provide guidance. We will try our best to respond to all of your queries but please keep in mind that the last week before the closing date all Program Officers experience a very high level of requests and can only try their best to respond to everyone before the deadline.

All applicants must consult the following when developing a funding application:

A Complete application consists of 9 documents. All applicants must ensure that:
- The following have been completed and signed by an authorized signatory:
- These documents are submitted with the application:
- 7. All governance documents required (They vary by organization; please see General Application Requirements for detailed list.)
- 8. All financial documents required (These vary by organization; please see General Application Requirements for detailed list.)c
- 9. Three support letters (A minimum of three letters of support from the community; please see General Application Requirements for more information.)
Failure to provide all 9 of these documents may result in your application being rejected. Applications postmarked after the deadline will not be considered.
Funding decisions are based on a competitive, merit-based process which means that not all eligible applications can be funded and approved funding may be less than the amount requested.
