REFERENCES TO NATIVE ISSUES IN CANADA'S HUMAN RIGHTS REPORTS

While there is as yet no human rights convention specifically devoted to indigenous people, most of Canada's reports make specific mention of matters of special concern to Aboriginal Peoples. The following table provides direct links to this information according to the Covenant or Convention article being reported on, the jurisdiction reporting, and the subject matter.

Currently available are links to two of the most comprehensive recent human rights reports, Canada's fourth report on the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Canada's third report on the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Links to other reports will be added over time.
