Application requirements for SPDP/PWAD/HSF Applicants

All Applications for Sport Participation Development Funding (BOTH NEW AND CONTINUING PROJECTS) must include the following:

• a description of the project and its objectives;
• a detailed critical path for the development and delivery of the project.  This critical path should indicate the steps that will lead up to the delivery of the project and the proposed target date for each step;
• an explanation of how the project links with the NSO LTAD model and strategic plan;
• current registration numbers and projected increases for each target group;
• a detailed budget including all revenues and expenses;
• identification of P/TSOs that will be involved in the development and/or delivery of the project and their proposed contribution to the project;
• identification of corporate or other partners that will be involved in the development and/or delivery of the project and their proposed contribution to the project;
• a detailed description of the monitoring and evaluation process; and
• demonstrate how this project will be delivered in both official languages.
